let me tell you mine...
My name is Emily, and I am based out of Raleigh, NC most of the year. I started off working with horses and dogs, before going to school and pivoting to become a pediatric nurse. The one consistent thing throughout my various career shifts has been my love of photography. What began as equestrian sport photography slowly morphed into more and more couples and their love stories and before you know it I was hooked. Over 10 years later here I am, camera in hand any chance I have!
I began photographing myself as an attempt to journal my travels, but in the process got something far greater in return. I learned how to feel beautiful in my own body, no matter what size it was or what it looked like. My body is my own and it carries me to many great things. Over time I've been lucky enough to work with other photographer friends and grow my self confidence even more. It is my hope that this is an experience I can share with all of you, because we are all perfectly ourselves.
